Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number and link. Due to high demand, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We are more than happy to fully refund you once we receive your order is received and inspected back at the warehouse. Please email us at baeandfriends.com@gmail.com.

*Kindly Note: On-sale items are not eligible for return.

Please provide your order number along with the reason for your return. Please attach any relevant images as needed. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

Please contact our customer service to start the return process. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address

*We do not provide return shipping labels.

How long is the return process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm your order has been processed. 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit to be refunded to your account.
